v1.37.0
The family tooling's own commits are the Implementer's.
What changed for a member. A family resync now authors the re-sync, re-pin and release-bump commits it makes as Implementer <implementer@<domain>>, the domain taken from the identity of the member's governing instance, with Process: Delivery, Phase: Implement and Track: Code as trailers, so the seat check the member carries since v1.36.0 passes them and the report counts them for the seat that did the work. Where the governing instance's clone is not on disk, the commit keeps the person's name and the run record says why. WORKING.md drops the sentence that said a resync's commits carry the person's name.
How to take it. Set the tag in conventions.json and the check.yml@ line to v1.37.0 and run sh conventions/conventions-sync sync once.
