The translator writes a model's German where the model declares it.

What changed for a member. Since companygraph/meta-model v0.66.0 a model can declare de-CH in model/localization.md and carry each page's German in its own ## de-CH section (R19). TRANSLATOR.md no longer keeps the translator out of every model: where a model declares de-CH, it takes a model page like any page, its values being the elements of that section, translates an entity other pages list under a grouped heading before them, and keeps its German to that section in R19's shape, the frontmatter untouched. Where a model declares nothing, it writes no German into it, as before. EDITOR.md and BACKREADER.md say a model page's values are that section's elements, and WRITING.md says a model that declares de-CH carries its German inside the model, made by the same roles and the owner's picks, and that a change to a page's English changes its German with it or names a Translation-unchanged: trailer.

What breaks. Nothing: a member whose model declares no translated language reads the same rules it read before.

How to take it. Set the tag in conventions.json and the check.yml@ line to v1.38.0 and run sh conventions/conventions-sync sync once.
