v0.156.0 — a link's question after the prompt, the panel's size kept in the browser
A link's question waits right after the prompt line, keeps the focus when the page sets its language, and the chat panel's size is kept in the browser (#290). A question an ?ask= link carries now stands right after the intro's prompt line, where a typed question would stand, rather than under the notice, and the log goes to its end once the menus are drawn above it, so it stays in view. On a desk Send keeps the focus when a page sets its language after the panel has opened, so Enter sends the question; before, the redrawn intro dropped it. The panel's size, chat-size, is kept in localStorage rather than the tab's storage, so a link opened in a new tab finds the panel at the size the visitor gave it; the conversation stays the tab's. The theme boot block reads the size from the same place for the first paint's frame and is v6.
What breaks. Nothing in a page's markup or a site's config. A size given before this release is not carried over and is given once more. A site's privacy page draws chat-size from its model's stored item, which now says local-storage in all three models.
How to take it. Re-pin and run npm run design; chat.js and the theme boot fence are what change. Take it in the same pull request as the content re-pin that carries the model's chat-size entry, so the privacy page moves the row to "Kept in your browser" together with the code that keeps it there.
Verified: npm test (1076 pass), conventions-check and conventions-format pass on the release commit; in Chromium, on a local preview of companygraph.io's homepage carrying this chat.js, the card stood after the prompt line and in view at desk and phone width, a panel sized in one tab opened at that size in a second tab, and Send kept the focus with and without ?lang=de.
