Software architect and technical founder. 15 years shipping production platforms.
Building Lumo, a multi-tenant B2B SaaS for dance studios. Live, with paying customers. Multi-currency payment ledger, scheduling engine modelled on Google Calendar semantics, multi-language support. Designed, built, and operated by one person.
The code is private because it is a commercial product. The thinking behind it is public: I write architecture breakdowns of the real decisions, the options I rejected, and what runs in production at robertciudica.com.
I treat my AI-augmented workflow as a system in its own right. Conductor orchestrates Claude Code across parallel worktrees, a project harness carries persistent context between sessions, output gets cross-reviewed with Codex, and automated QA pipelines test the UIs. Cursor is my primary editor for everything else. This is how one person ships a production SaaS at this scope.
