Molecule 3

This release uses molecule 3. Some changes are required to your roles:

• Change molecule/default/molecule.yml to use the new lint syntax
• Move molecule/default/playbook.yml to molecule/default/converge.yml to prevent warnings.
• If you have tox.ini, make sure to specify a specific version of molecule. (molecule>=3,<4)
