The Presscheck wordpress plugin is a companion app to the Presscheck iOS application. This plugin allows the application to check your site for updates using Administrator credentials for your Wordpress website.

Installation

• First, download the Presscheck Wordpress plugin. This plugin allows the Presscheck iOS app to check for updates using your Wordpress administrator credentials.
• Next, download the Presscheck app onto your iOS device.
• On your iOS device, tap the Add button in the upper right corner and fill out the details for your specific website. You will need administrator credentials on the particular Wordpress site for this to work correctly.

The iOS app says it’s unable to connect to my website

If the Presscheck iOS app is unable to connect to your Wordpress site, please check the following:

1. Have you installed the companion Wordpress plugin and installed it on your Wordpress website? This plugin is required.
2. If you've installed the companion Wordpress plugin, make sure to enable the plugin the plugins admin section of the site.
3. Are you connecting using an Administrator Wordpress account? You must be an Administrator for the site.
