Galley 0.2.1

A new icon and a small extraction fix.

• New app icon: two editions on the table.
• Articles show the name readers know ("Wikipedia") instead of a publisher's legal name ("Wikimedia Foundation, Inc.").

Requires macOS 15 or later. Open the DMG and drag Galley to Applications.
