The first beta release of BertCut — a small, fast Windows editor for the three things most edits actually are: cut, crop, and overlay.

winget install RobWalsh.BertCut

Or run BertCut-win-Setup.exe — it installs per-user, with no admin prompt — or unzip BertCut-win-Portable.zip and run it with nothing installed. FFmpeg is inside the package, so there is nothing else to fetch and BertCut decodes and exports with exactly the build it was tested against.

Licence

MIT. The bundled FFmpeg is BtbN's unmodified win64-lgpl-shared build of the n8.1 line, under the LGPL, with its licence alongside the binaries.
