• Cheap-window notification came again every slot while the window ran; now once per window (#3)
• Live power never started when the app launched before the network was up, e.g. at login (#4)
• Live websocket scheduled two reconnects per failure and leaked sockets (#5); a silent connection is now replaced after 60 s (#6)
• Changing the home or resolution during a fetch was ignored (#7)
• Disconnect now removes the cached prices, the last live reading and the notification state (#10)
• Home id is sent as a GraphQL variable (#8); the token only goes to a secure websocket on tibber.com (#9)
