Breaking change with new features

This release adds several new features, but also a change of config if you have configured a target. New features:

• You can now configure a confidence threshold per target, useful if you want to have greater sensitivity on some targets than others
• You can now scale the saved image to reduce its size, useful if you have high def cameras that produce large images
• You can now configure to always save the last processed image, even if no targets were detected in it
