• Native constrained decoding for schema-constrained model_call on local providers (Ollama and LM Studio), exposed as a new structured_output provider capability: the schema now constrains the provider's decode (e.g. Ollama's format) instead of prompting for JSON and scraping it, so local-model structured output no longer fails validation on the first call. The prompt-based path remains the fallback, and hosted providers are unchanged.
