Bumps vitest to 4.1.10 and pins vite/esbuild/postcss to patched versions via pnpm overrides, clearing 8 Dependabot advisories (1 critical, 4 high, 2 moderate, 1 low) ahead of the next release. All are dev-only dependencies and never shipped in the published package.
vitest 4.1 requires Node >=20, so Node 18 can no longer run the test suite after the security-fix dependency bump.
