A point release to consolidate internal reorganization and code refactoring.

Changes

  • Added a keystroke response category that captures single key presses
  • Added autoplay for audio and video
  • All examples, both markdown and media, have been organized in folders
  • Loading online resources is now conditional on not being available locally. This holds for external, i.e., markdown-it.js and sha.js, as well as internal libraries, i.e., akousteHTMLtemplate.js and akousteInitPageMD.js
  • Added three markdown options from markdown-it: linkify, typographer, and breaks
