What's new

  • Self-hosted updates from GitHub. The plugin now checks this repository's releases and offers new versions through the normal WordPress Plugins → Updates screen (via the Update URI header and core's update_plugins_github.com filter). Install this version once manually and all future releases update from the dashboard.
  • Added bin/build.sh, which produces the versioned release zip (w3tc-cache-insights-{version}.zip) that the updater looks for on each release.
  • The updater works whether or not W3 Total Cache is active, and is guarded like the bootstrap so a half-copied deploy can't fatal.

No changes to the dashboard, cleanup, or primer behaviour.
