Initial commit: WPML CF7 Email Fix plugin

Prevents WPML from auto-translating Contact Form 7 _mail and _mail_2
postmeta, which corrupts CF7 mail-tags like [your-name] when run
through Translate Everything / ATE.

Two layers of defense:
- wpml_config_array filter switches _mail / _mail_2 from
  action="translate" to action="copy-once", so new translations
  duplicate the source mail config verbatim.
- wpml_tm_translation_job_data filter flags field-_mail*-subject
  and field-_mail*-body job elements as translate=0 at runtime,
  covering the gap before WPML re-parses its cached config.
