Murmur 0.1.1

A reliability, robustness, and polish release. Every 0.1.0 feature is intact.

Fixed

• No longer crashes on a corrupt/unreadable database — falls back to an in-memory store and keeps working; History pane explains saving is paused for the session.
• Local Parakeet (default engine) downloads into Murmur's own models directory.
• Audio capture survives a mid-recording input-format change (e.g. a Bluetooth headset switching profiles) instead of silently dropping audio.
• Cloud transcription no longer times out on long recordings over slow connections (10-minute resource budget).
• Command Mode / Transforms no longer clobber the clipboard if you copy while Murmur reads your selection.
• HUD no longer flashes a stray idle icon after each dictation.
• History save failures are logged; provider HTTP error pages are summarized to one short line.

Changed

• Explicit delete controls on Dictionary, Snippets, and History rows (macOS has no swipe-to-delete).
• Onboarding scrolls and resizes so large accessibility text never clips the action button; clearer permission-card contrast.
• Recording pill border adapts to light/dark mode.
• VoiceOver labels on icon-only buttons and recording HUD states; no Dynamic Type clipping.
• Fixed the About 'View on GitHub' link.
