• The Sessions workspace now turns the active session card into a live operational
  summary: current tool or task, actionable waits, task progress, subagents,
  background jobs, queued prompts, changed files, context use, tokens, cost,
  model, mode, goal, and Local/Cloud ownership update while work is running.
  Settled turns refresh the project index immediately so saved session metadata
  no longer lags behind the conversation.

Fixed

• Work, thinking, and tool-output disclosures now respond in every transcript
  density. Quiet and Verbose provide defaults instead of overriding a user's
  click or the all-thinking shortcut, and completed tools with no output render
  an honest static status instead of an inert expand chevron.
