Browser and User Info

Occurrence output now displays browser (User-Agent) and logged-in user email when available:

Bug Fix: Multi-level Filter

Fixed --level flag to properly support comma-separated values:

# This now works correctly
rollbar items --level error,critical

Changes

• Display User-Agent (browser) from request headers in occurrence detail
• Show user email when available in Person data
• Fix comma-separated --level filter by making multiple API calls
• Add unit and e2e tests for new functionality
• Update README and skill documentation
