Feature release for the Home Assistant Automation Exporter.

Highlights:

  • Added manual UI language selection: System, German, English, French, Spanish, Polish and Russian
  • System language detection now maps Windows UI languages de/en/fr/es/pl/ru and falls back to English for unsupported languages
  • Language selection is stored in HaAutomationExporter.settings.json next to the EXE
  • Localized the main window, dialogs, detail tabs, status messages and error messages
  • Keeps the v0.1.1 details dialog, entity overview, YAML tab and EXE icon
