Learn about vigilant mode. 
Add:
 - New command 'Manage folder permissions': allows you to create, update or delete a folder permission.
 - Changes in 'List Permissions' command: the emailAddress and displayName fields are added in the response. And the kind field is eliminated since it is maintained for all permissions.
