Release 2.2.7-rc1

Release candidate 2.2.7-rc1 is available for testing as branch 2.2.7-rc1. Like release 2.2.6 , it has significant bug fixes in libddcutil for problems encountered by KDE PowerDevil. but only minor changes for command line ddcutil.

Importantly, there are changes relating to transient errors that occur, when opening a /dev/i2c device, due to lack of permission, The errors seem to associated with particular system configurations, in particular Framework computers. As the problem is not definitively resolved, widespread testing would be most helpful.
