Italian translation migrate2rocky.md

• removed the 8.5.it.md translation that was also in PR 390, as we can't
  merge these yet.
• checked the migrate2rocky.it.md translation against machine
  translation back to English. All looks good.
• updated the meta to include the original author and all contributors
  plus updated the update date to today.

• Title and Author MetaTags have been inserted into the document
• If applicable, steps and instructions have been tested to work on a real system
