Info Banner: Added a dynamic "Important Note" banner system to display urgent messages to users when necessary.

Bug Fix: Resolved an issue that caused the overlay to crash on some configurations if launched before the game.

Mise à jour intégrée : Le bouton de mise à jour télécharge et installe désormais la nouvelle version directement dans l'application. Plus besoin d'aller sur le site web.

Nouvel Installateur : L'application utilise maintenant un installateur professionnel permettant de choisir la langue (Français ou Anglais) à l'installation.

Heure Locale : Ajout d'une option dans les Paramètres pour afficher l'heure de début des événements selon votre fuseau horaire local.

Bannière d'Information : Ajout d'une bannière "Note importante" qui apparaît si nécessaire pour transmettre des messages aux utilisateurs.

Correction de Bug : Résolution d'un problème faisant planter l'overlay si celui-ci était lancé avant le jeu dans certaines configurations.
