feat(web): deploy a stack from a repository

Deploy a stack opens on the repository picker: choose a repo and branch,
Quantum lists the compose files it finds, the variables the chosen one needs
and whether it parses; set the trigger and deploy. Pasting a file stays one
click away. The stack's Settings tab shows the source (branch, file, trigger,
saved automatically) and the variables; the Compose tab is read-only for
sourced stacks since the file lives in the repository.
