feat(api,contracts,web): rename an application from its title

Clicking the title of a repository or a stack makes it editable in place, in
its own typography: Enter saves, Escape restores, blur saves, an empty or
unchanged name does nothing. Repositories update their display name through
the existing route; stacks get a rename route that trims and refuses empty
names. The repository title shows the name instead of the alias, as the
Applications table already did.
