What's new in 1.1.4

Album and artist pages, rebuilt. Items open into full detail pages now — album pages with the track list and a Versions tab that appears when your library holds more than one edition, artist pages with the discography, track pages, and browsable composition pages.

Settings. A reworked settings menu with a light theme, display density options, and switching Roon Cores without leaving the app.

Keyboard and window.

  • Space toggles play/pause on the selected zone (#2). It stays out of the way while you type in a field, a dialog is open, or a button has focus.
  • The tab title shows what's playing: Track – Artist · Songr (#4).

Fixes

  • The Queue button opened a leftover older interface with no way back; the queue now lives inside the current UI (#3).
  • The desktop app keeps its own app identity and settings, so it no longer conflicts with other Songr builds on the same machine.

Removed. The experimental Timeline view and the legacy search and queue pages are gone.

Downloads. Desktop builds for Linux (AppImage/deb/rpm, x64 + arm64), macOS (dmg, Apple Silicon + Intel), and Windows below, plus the prebuilt server tarball. Docker: ghcr.io/roethlar/songr:v1.1.4.
