Flexwalker

Flexible nav walker plugin which can be used to create complex navigation menus in WordPress. Included template uses Bootstrap 4 "split buttons" to power a toggleable menu with clickable top-level items. 1.2 is modified to work with Bootstrap 4 beta 1, which they say is feature-complete.
