Markdown rendering

The view-mode selector at the top right of the editor now reads Text | CSV | Markdown. For Markdown files up to 16 MB, Markdown shows the document rendered as GitHub does — tables, task lists, strikethrough, autolinks and footnotes — including unsaved edits. Editing stays in Text.

• Switching between Text and Markdown keeps your place in the document.
• Find, Go to Line and Process Lines switch back to Text on their own.
• The page follows light and dark mode and the editor's zoom.
• Raw HTML in the source is left out, the page runs no scripts, and links open in your browser.

Markdown is parsed by cmark-gfm.
