Hyper-V Clean Room plugin 0.3.0 is released under GPL-3.0-only.

Public source contract:

  • exactly 20 MCP tools with all existing tool names and inputs preserved;
  • all 16 schema-v1 tool definitions and five schema-v1 files remain compatible;
  • seven stable schema-v2 paths add the mutually exclusive external portable-manifest branch while preserving embedded 0.2.0 semantics;
  • generic portable execution does not require WebView2, MaaFramework, or EdgeDriver; the fixed Microsoft x64 EdgeDriver and closed data-testid UI rules apply only to UI/WebDriver profiles;
  • immutable annotated tag v0.3.0 resolves to accepted protected-master source commit 47151fd.

Evidence for this source release is limited to mock-adapter runtime checks, PowerShell parsers, JSON Schema validation, static production-seam checks, publication/readback validators, and hosted GitHub Actions CI (run 30451106948).

The personal cachebuster installation is a separate P3.3 local lane and is not part of this immutable source tag. Clean-machine validation and every real Hyper-V, VM, VHDX, checkpoint, power, network, credential, guest, package, portable, WebDriver, UI, evidence, and manual-attestation operation remain notPerformed.

No binary, package, log, evidence, or other asset is uploaded. The only downloads are GitHub's automatically generated source archives.
