Hyper-V Clean Room v0.4.0

  • Supports least-privilege Hyper-V access from a non-elevated MCP server when the current token has the enabled built-in Hyper-V Administrators SID; elevated Administrator remains a compatibility mode with an explicit warning.
  • Revalidates current-token authorization before guarded host probes and at every real VM mutation boundary.
  • Adds precise fail-closed ISO, VM-root, and state-root access errors, including all required state children and later state I/O.
  • Preserves the exact 20 typed tools, closed input schemas, schemaVersion 1/2 routing, Plan/Apply consumption, and v0.3.2 tools/call metadata compatibility.

This is a source-only release with no uploaded assets. The release gate used parser, schema, mock, selected-child mock, and publication evidence only. The separate fresh selected-plugin production typed read-only smoke (inspect_host, list_vms, inspect_vm) remains to be performed after installation; no real Hyper-V mutation is authorized by this release.
