Release v0.6.0-beta.1: driver 0.3.0 version sync - #52
Merged
Conversation
Bump the bundled coolscanpy driver to 0.3.0 (raw negative export writers), matching the version just published to PyPI, and regenerate every lockfile that pins it. The release gate verifies the vendored tree against the published sdist byte-for-byte.
The two features merged from separate branches share OutputRecipe's coding keys; no test exercised a recipe carrying both. One round-trip now proves neither field shadows the other.

Bumps the bundled coolscanpy driver to 0.3.0 -- the version published to PyPI today with the raw negative export writers -- and regenerates every lockfile that pins it. The PyPI lockstep gate passes locally against the published sdist. Once this merges, main is ready to tag v0.6.0-beta.1.
