ScanStudio 0.3.0-beta.1

Apple Silicon (arm64): Beta. Validated with the real LS-5000 workflow.
Intel (x86_64): Preview. Built and tested natively in CI; real-scanner validation is still pending.

Both builds are ad-hoc signed and are not notarized. macOS may require Control-click > Open on first launch. Do not disable Gatekeeper globally.
