Highlights

BetterCmdTab 26.3 adds hover action buttons, per-app activation hotkeys, window titles in the switcher, theming, and a redesigned About tab.

Added

  • Hover action buttons — close, minimize, maximize, hide and quit, on every entry in the List, Grid and Previews layouts.
  • Optional window titles under each icon in the Grid and Previews layouts.
  • Direct-activation hotkeys: bind ⌘1–⌘9 to focus (or launch) a chosen app.
  • Show only windows on the current Space (filter).
  • Theming: panel opacity, corner radius, and a custom accent color (hex).
  • Three-finger swipe to switch Spaces with wrap-around, or scrub through the switcher (experimental, off by default).

Changed

  • Redesigned About tab: new hero layout, quick-link tiles, click-to-copy version, and inline update status.
  • Reorganized Settings across the Appearance, Switcher, General and Experimental tabs; single-select app picker for activation slots.

Fixed

  • Settings: radio options now align to the trailing edge with proper spacing instead of crowding the row label.
