AnkiMinder v1.1.0
AnkiMinder v1.1.0
Install
- Download ankiminderV1.1.0.ankiaddon from this release's Assets.
- In Anki, go to Tools -> Add-ons -> Install from file...
- Select the .ankiaddon file and restart Anki.
What's Changed
- Added a third, independent opt-in binary "did I clear all of today's due cards" (0/1) signal to Beeminder — distinct from the existing "any reviews today" signal, for a goal that tracks whether you actually finished your queue, not just whether you touched it.
- Reads Anki's live scheduler state (col.sched), not the revlog — this signal only ever reflects "right now," so unlike the other two signals it has no historical backfill.
- Sticky: once marked complete (1) for the day, it won't be downgraded back to 0 if more cards become due later the same day (e.g. learning-step returns, newly added cards).
- Optional deck filtering via due_cards_cleared_deck_names (defaults to all decks).
- Guarded against misconfiguration: must use a goal slug distinct from both other signals' goals, or the add-on refuses to sync rather than risk overwriting data.
- Expanded test suite (90 → 110 tests) covering the new sync path, scheduler fakes, sticky behavior, and config handling.
- Updated README.md and config.md with setup instructions for the new signal.
Upgrading
No action required for existing users. To turn on the new signal, add to your config.json:
{
"due_cards_cleared_sync_enabled": true,
"due_cards_cleared_goal_slug": "your-due-cleared-goal-slug"
}
Use a Beeminder goal slug different from both review_count_goal_slug and review_completion_goal_slug.

AnkiMinder v1.0.5
Install
- Download ankiminderV1.0.5.ankiaddon from this release's Assets.
- In Anki, go to Tools -> Add-ons -> Install from file...
- Select the .ankiaddon file and restart Anki
What's Changed
- Added an opt-in binary "did I review today" (0/1) sync to Beeminder, as requested on the Beeminder forum — a simple completed/didn't-complete signal for a separate goal, independent of the numeric review-count sync, for users whose daily review counts fluctuate too much for a do-more goal.
- Posts 1 on any day with at least one review, 0 on days with none (zero-review days are posted, not skipped — that's the point of the signal).
- Fully backward compatible: existing users see no behavior change unless they explicitly enable it and set a goal slug.
- Guarded against misconfiguration: the completion goal must be different from your existing review-count goal, or the add-on refuses to sync rather than risk overwriting your data.
- Expanded test suite (75 → 90 tests) covering the new sync path, config handling, and edge cases.
- Updated README.md and config.md with setup instructions for the new signal.
