feat: refresh brand to logo mark and green accent palette - #94

Replace the "{ } ROMAZ" text logo in the navbar and footer with the
RM logo image, update favicons/touch icons to match, shift the brand
accent from teal/blue to green across light and dark themes, and
recompress the profile photo.
