Fixed

  • npm publish — classic NPM_TOKEN auth restored. Every release
since v0.2.1 silently failed to publish to npmjs.com because the
    workflow's env: NODE_AUTH_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.NPM_TOKEN }} line
resolved to an empty string when NPM_TOKEN was unset, which
short-circuited npm CLI's OIDC fallback (it sees the empty token,
treats it as "auth already provided", fails with ENEEDAUTH). The
npmjs.com side was also missing the Trusted Publisher configuration.
Decision: switch to a classic Granular Access Token (scoped to
mcp-aemps only, publish permission), stored as repo secret
NPM_TOKEN. Works for both push-tag and workflow_dispatch events,
no Trusted Publisher setup required, provenance is still emitted
    via id-token: write.
  • All releases v0.2.1 → v0.4.2 are still on PyPI / MCP Registry / GHCR
/ GitHub Releases as expected; only npm metadata was stale at
v0.2.0. The npm wrapper at any version pulls PyPI latest at
runtime, so users were not functionally affected — but the npm
package version now catches up to 0.4.3 for parity.
