Fixed

• Missing runtime dependencies in the published wheel. mcp>=1.13.0
  (the MCP SDK introduced in v0.2.7) and pyjwt[crypto]>=2.8.0 (added
  in v0.2.8 for the OAuth 2.1 Resource-Server) were imported by
  app/auth.py and app/stdio_server.py but never declared in
  [project.dependencies] of pyproject.toml (or in
  requirements.txt). Users running pip install mcp-aemps for the
  first time on a clean venv between v0.2.7 and v0.4.3 hit
  ModuleNotFoundError on the first request. CI passed locally
  because the runners had cached prior installs. Both deps now live
  in both the PEP 621 deps array and the flat requirements file.
• Ruff lint residue from the v0.4.x refactors (unused
  typing.Any import in app/completions.py, unused
  bounded_gather after the progress_gather switch in
  app/core/documentos.py, two unsorted import blocks). Auto-fixed
  via ruff check --fix && ruff format.

Workflow

• Added a Pre-commit checklist section to CLAUDE.md enumerating
  the ruff check + ruff format --check + pytest + server.json validate commands that must pass locally before staging files.
  Documents the three traps already burned (deps drift, lint residue,
  Windows cp1252 mojibake) so they don't recur.
