Swift Agent Widget

Installation

Add this line to your website's HTML, just before </body>:

<script src="https://app.swiftagents.org/widget.js" data-company-id="YOUR_COMPANY_ID" defer></script>

Replace YOUR_COMPANY_ID with the ID from your dashboard.

Usage

Once installed, a gold banner appears at the top of your website.

Making a Voice Call

1. Click "Request a Call" on the banner
2. A fullscreen overlay opens — speak naturally into your microphone
3. The AI listens, thinks, and responds with a real voice
4. Use the mute button to toggle your microphone
5. Use the minimize button to shrink the call and keep browsing
6. Click the red phone button to end the call

Using Text Chat

1. Switch to the Chat tab during a call, or tap the chat icon
2. Type your message and hit send
3. The AI responds in real time with formatted answers
4. If the AI sends a navigation guide, click through the steps to see highlighted screenshots of where to go on the site

Switching Between Voice and Chat

You can switch between the voice call and text chat at any time without losing the conversation.
