Command line interface

A command line input area is at the bottom of the screen. This can be used to attempt to execute shell commands. The command will be executed relative to the current directory. The ? to the right of the command line will bring up pre-formed commands. You can add your own by creating the file "my_cliref.html". (see cliref.html)
