Updated v0.1 list of individual functions per family to consolidate into generally a single function with JSON response.

First version of the statistical aggregate functions for data scientists — IQR, quartiles, outlier detection, two-sample t-tests, one-sample z-tests, mode, skewness, kurtosis, covariance, chi-squared tests, robust/ratio means, and one-way ANOVA.
