⚡ What's New in v1.3.0

  • In-Memory Transaction Daemon (src/daemon.rs):
    • High-performance, zero-disk-contention background daemon serving Coordinator requests over local Unix Domain Sockets (.agent-tx/agent-2pc.sock).
    • Implemented with pure standard library (std::os::unix::net::UnixListener) — zero external async runtime bloat.
  • IPC Protocol & Client (src/ipc.rs):
    • Bidirectional line-delimited JSON-RPC framing supporting ping, begin, stage_write, stage_patch, stage_cmd, stage_api, savepoint, rollback_to, commit, abort, status, record_read, and compact.
    • Concrete adapter reconstruction (reconstruct_adapters in src/adapters.rs) allowing stateless IPC client invocations to commit/rollback across heterogeneous resources.
  • Surfaces & CLI:
    • CLI subcommand: agent-2pc daemon start [--foreground], agent-2pc daemon stop, agent-2pc daemon status.
  • Verification:
    • 35/35 passing tests including concurrent multi-client stress tests in tests/daemon_ipc_test.rs.
