agent-2pc v1.8.0: Auto-Detect UDS Daemon Acceleration & Targeted Substring Replace Staging

• Auto-Detect UDS Daemon Acceleration (ClientMode::Auto):
  • CLI subcommands (begin, stage-write, commit, abort, status, savepoint, rollback-to, stage-replace) and MCP tools automatically probe .agent-tx/agent-2pc.sock.
  • When the background daemon is active, requests route through in-memory IPC in < 0.2ms with zero disk lock contention.
  • Automatically falls back to direct-disk WAL coordinator when the daemon is offline.
• Targeted Substring Replace Staging (agent-2pc stage-replace / agent_2pc_stage_diff):
  • Direct exact string find-and-replace (ResourceIntent::FsReplace).
  • Asserts match count == 1 before voting PREPARED, preventing ambiguous edits.
  • Pre-snapshots destination file to .bak in scratch storage.
• Benchmark Expansion & Throughput Verification:
  • Added in-memory UDS daemon IPC throughput test suite (tests/benchmark.rs).
  • Verified 104.5 tx/sec roundtrip throughput over socket streams.
