agent-2pc v2.0.0 delivers enterprise-grade repository integrity, automated lifecycle management, and seamless Git sync.

• Git Pre-Commit Hook & Integrity Gate (src/git.rs):
  • agent-2pc hook install [--repo-dir <dir>]: Injects an automated repository integrity hook into .git/hooks/pre-commit.
  • agent-2pc hook check: Validates that no uncommitted, half-baked 2PC transactions are pending in .agent-tx, preventing dirty agent edits from corrupting Git history.
  • agent-2pc git-commit --tid <TID> -m <msg>: Atomically commits a 2PC transaction and creates a corresponding Git commit for touched files in a single unified step.
• Daemon Background TTL Reaper & Auto-Compaction (src/daemon.rs):
  • In-memory background thread continuously sweeps active transactions exceeding their timeout_ms TTL.
  • Automatically compensates and aborts orphaned transactions, wiping scratch storage without manual developer intervention.
  • Automatically triggers zero-downtime WAL compaction when wal.bin exceeds 2MB.
  • Added agent-2pc daemon reap and telemetry counters (reaped_transactions, auto_compactions).
• MCP Tool Surface (21 Tools):
  • Added agent_2pc_hook_check and agent_2pc_git_commit with full M8ven / OpenAI dual-location behavioral hints.
