- Users can turn off autodetection of any particular SGF charset in the Misc menu.
- Autodetection is less likely to choose Cyrillic when it's not actually Cyrillic.
Reminder: none of this actually matters when using SGF files that declare their own character set (as most do) or which use UTF-8. Probably most users don't need to think about this at all.
