Skeleton Key v1.4.5 — Context Menu Fix

Choose a tag to compare

@rooksmusic rooksmusic released this 01 Jul 21:54

Fixes

  • No more double menu in session clip view — removed overlapping ClipSlot + ClipSlotSelection registration (Live was stacking both on the same right-click)
  • Full SDK scope coverage — added MidiClip, AudioClip, DrumRack, Sample, and Simpler launch points

Where to right-click

Location Works
Session clip slot (select first if empty)
Session clip editor (clip view)
Arrangement clip body
Track title / name
Arrangement time selection
Scene row
Drum Rack, Simpler, Sample

If you still see two entries

Live → Settings → Extensions → remove older Skeleton Key versions, install 1.4.5 only, quit & relaunch Live.

Install

  1. Download Skeleton-Key-1.4.5.ablx
  2. Double-click to install
  3. Fully quit and relaunch Live

Skeleton Key v1.4.4 — Proportional Resize

Choose a tag to compare

@rooksmusic rooksmusic released this 01 Jul 15:55

Fixes

  • Proportional resize — drag the dialog corner and the entire UI scales together (skull, text, inputs, buttons) instead of individual elements stretching unevenly
  • Fixed 390×580 design canvas with ResizeObserver + transform scale
  • Resizable dialog restored on the window body
  • Browser previewnpm run preview for local UI testing

Install

  1. Remove old Skeleton Key versions in Live → Settings → Extensions
  2. Download Skeleton-Key-1.4.4.ablx
  3. Double-click to install → fully quit & relaunch Live

Note: v1.4.3 shipped an earlier resize attempt. Use 1.4.4 for the proportional scaling fix.

Choose a tag to compare

@rooksmusic rooksmusic released this 01 Jul 15:41

  • Dark scrollbars — no white gutter strip on the right
  • Footer anchored — build summary + button + logo pin to bottom when window is tall
  • Dialog size back to 390×580

Install

  1. Remove old Skeleton Key versions in Live → Settings → Extensions
  2. Download Skeleton-Key-1.4.3.ablx

@rooksmusic rooksmusic released this 30 Jun 23:45

  • Double registration guard — skips re-registering if activate() runs twice in one session
  • Where to right-click — track name/title for tracks, clip slot for session clips, scene row for scenes, time selection in arrangement
