Bumped the same transitives that landed on main via dependabot

Did this via `pnpm update <pkg>@<ver>` rather than reintroducing
pnpm.overrides — the lockfile is still the parity contract; this is
just a forward step on it.

Verified: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile (clean install) + pnpm run
build + pnpm run format:check all pass.
