46 create a text based version (#47)

* Simple start to get things into python

Tweaked to start again via pytest

Getting there. Simple check in place

Seem to have got into a slight mess with tests here

Need to pass the get_multipass_instances test

Works for no instances existing

A nicer way to check instances and a fuller test using multipass

Added taskfile builds

Adeded some more tests and code to pull info
