What did you expect to happen?

The visitor should be 301 redirected to the media itself:
https://example.com/mediafile > https://example.com/app/upload/2025/03/mediafile.pdf

What actually happens?

The visitor receives a 200 OK, with a blank page

Steps to reproduce

This only occurs on apache servers, I was not able to reproduce on nginx.

1. Fresh install of bedrock, fresh install of sage 11
2. Add ->withRouting(wordpress: true)
3. Install website
4. Upload media
5. Visit media url ("View" button, not direct link to file)

Strange. Are attachments the only thing affected? Appreciate any debugging on this. I don't use Apache anywhere.

I had this issue in production for one week and neither I nor the client noticed any other issues.

I'm also experiencing this issue when trying to perform a wp_redirect() within a route that uses withRouting(wordpress: true). Even though the Location header is correctly set, the browser receives a 200 OK response instead of a proper 302 Found, resulting in a blank page and no redirect.

Here’s what I’ve confirmed so far:

• wp_redirect() correctly sets the Location header.
• exit is called immediately after wp_redirect().
• However, the response status remains 200 OK instead of 302, which causes browsers to ignore the redirect.
• Using headers_sent() confirms that no output has been sent before the redirect.
• This only happens when routing is handled with withRouting(wordpress: true).
