DataSpaceR v1.0.0

This is major release of DataSpaceR containing significant changes to how some data are queried and introduces DataSpaceR access to DAASH - Database of Annotated Antibody Sequences for HIV-1.

These changes include:

  • Removed mAb grid filtering and view methods in favor of filtering an availableMabs object with data.table syntax.
  • Applied new mAb style filter and fetch process to all data query methods.
  • Studies and mAbs can now be queried for multiple entries, giving each class a new name indicating so.
  • Added class and methods for querying DataSpace DAASH data.
