iNaturalist research grade filtering

get_site_speciesOccurrences() now filters iNaturalist occurrences to research grade only, which is the quality level required by the ReLTER.inatEnrich enrichment functions. The function also enforces the iNaturalist API hard limit of 10,000 observations per query, capping higher requests automatically with a warning.

For sites with more than 10,000 research grade observations, consider using GBIF with the iNaturalist dataset key (50c9509d-22c7-4a22-a47d-8c48425ef4a7) as an alternative.
